• For the first hour you CANNOT eat , drink or smoke tabacco for best retention. • Oral health please brush and floss regularly . • For the first three days please use a soft bristle toothbrush. • REMOVALS unfortunately I do NOT do removals , it is illegal for any tech to remove gems according to the dental association. • Only dentist or hygienist can preform removals. • The longevity can range from 3 to 12 months. • Don't be concerned if they last longer!
